I checked the site you recommended. Yes you can get to the home page, but it won't stay there for long. The links that you showed us, don't have any PR bu the way.

The tags I checked all have PR0...

 

when i checked they had pr7 ...

 

I just checked www .mister-wong. com/tags/navigation+gps/ and
www. mister-wong. com/tags/system+navigation/

All the results are "nofollow" and the pages "unranked".
Rubbish.

 

Yeah, mister-wong.com is using nofollow tag.

So what you are saying is not correct. mister-wong.com, do not pass any PR juice.
