Selling Site.. Need Advice on Figuring out if this guy is trying to scam me

I'm selling a blog for a decent sum of money. I have someone that's interested but something about him makes me nervous. I don't know if it's just his bad English or the fact that he has no posts or feedback at sitepoint (where the auction is happening). Or maybe I'm just being paranoid.

He did try to talk me down on the price, but it wasn't hard to talk him back up to the reserve price after I answered a few more of his questions and gave him login details to see traffic stats in statcounter.com

In private messages, he uses some words in caps kind of like you see in those Nigeria email scams. You know what I mean?! I know that's no reason to assume someone is a scammer, but damn he makes me nervous. It seems legit and scammy at the same time.

We will be using Escrow.com for the deal. My main questions about this are:
Can he do something that could cause Escrow not to send me the funds and him run off with my site and get his money back?
What kind of proof and whatnot should I gather up just in case something happens and I can prove that I'm the right owner and what can I do about it.

Is there a way to be scammed through Escrow? I gave him my Escrow email and I just recieved an email from them saying the buyer has selected them to do a secure online transaction with me.

I just need advice. It's my first time selling a site. Kind of nervous.

    Thanks :)

You can get scammed anywhere, if you use escrow you do not get any of his information (name, address etc)

Best thing to do is following your instinct if don't like him don't sell it to him
