how can he scam you , if he don't pays then just remove his link from your site , thats all ????

 

Spammers workd in different circles.. it could be as mentioned to get the email address verified at there end as active so they can bombard it with spain... second, if you release your paypal addy they can then attempt hack the account etc.. etc...

 

means this way they can only spam and not scam

 

lol oh ok yeah "spam" and "hack" and not scam as your rightfully say.... its getting late

 

reply tell them 5 cents per month and lets see ::

I got a follow up email.
They are a ring tone company, and gave me a link to there site.
How much do webmasters charge per month for a link such a this on there site.
I'm such a noob

 

I would just ignore that email just to be on the safe side.

 

It's not worth selling at PR 1. Wait till you get PR 4 before you can make much money selling links. PR 1 would only go for like $5/month at the most.
