Aweber is the best thing I've ever seen) It is worth it really. Newsletters is a great way to sell almost any stuff))
yeah...you want aweber...it is cheap...you can create all kinds of subscription forms easily...and it takes maintenance of your script off your hands... Get Aweber...

I use: www.sendstudio.info and they just announce a new update that will be released soon. I love this software and has all the features you named and many many many more. This is a paid software but they do offer also hosted versions just like aweber and it has really lot more features than aweber.
I use benchmark email service. It's a paid service, but it tells you who opened emails, if they clicked on a link, who unsubscribed etc etc
^^ Just like AWeber. Aweber is definitely the way to go, unless you wanna shell out the 200 whatever bucks for sendstudio. Ask any marketer online, they'll tell you: AWeber. Other than Aweber, I've seen a lot of top marketers using EmailLabs.com. I think Frank Kern and the Stompernet guys uses that... But seriously, AWeber contains all you need really, and the costs will pay itself back many times over.
aweber does have the option to see how many open the mail...keep in mind that this ain't totally accurate...

I use Feedburner to manage my newsletter. It is free, and they manage all the sending issues that go along with avoiding spam folders, etc.
