    I have to say, magazine themes are very popular and getting more popular but regular themes will always be there :) not necessarily out of fashion since personal blogs and certain niche blogs don't work well with magazine themes.

    Daily 32 is mine... with some tweaking it's great readability and feel... comfortable but with an edge

    Of course! But most magazine themes have also the option to display the home page as the oldie post by post way. :)
