best way normally is to let yahoo or a hosting company know they are pulling copyright infringement laws, and they should shut it down.

well, you can get a copyright infringement company to file a case towards them. Of coz this is the last option to use, but you have to do this if the other site owner keeps doing this.

I know some local copyright infringement company on my side here, I am not sure if they do international customer, but I do heard of them doing some customer from US as well..

Oh mate that is sickening... how did you find out by the way? Also, you could report the site to google using webmaster tools there indexing information will also show whos information was indexed first, this would certainly get them banned from the index.

As mentioned above contact YAHOO immeditaly (assuming thats who is hosting it) and yahoo will also contact the owner of the duplicated site, also as mentioned make, contact your self.

I feel real sorry for you, would really like to know how you found out so i can run a check on my site too :)

Don't worry! First, this shows that your site is important; Second, as long as your site exists on the internet, there are always copyings. So just go ahead in accordance with your own way, improve, promote and develop your site.

Kinda pity you pal. The above suggestions worth pursuing - report to Google and Yahoo, or any other search engine that you know.

BAD ADVICE... ignore. At the end of the day it is copyright infrigement not only against the law BUT could result in the OP being banned from the index for double content. Thats why he needs to act and act quickly.

I searched "Alexa Top Sites" in google, then my site is always in the second page, however, when I go to the forth page, I found my site still there, have a detail look, then I find out it's someone stealing my site.

Dude, the best way to sue that cheater is via WHOIS details. You can contact Yahoo Inc,USA also. Just show them the proofs and screenshots and they will do the needful. They will suspend the website immediately and if you force, then can also reveal the contact details and other details to you. But i think, its a bit hard,as Yahoo's Privacy Policy also matters a lot.
    Thanks..

that's why I always build a site in PHP script. it's harder to copy (but still can be copied ). Anyway, you better change the design of your page when you release the next version to avoid this problem again.

Has certain truth at this matter, but there are so many websites on internet, how can you know which one is similar to your site in the future.

You can also hide your code by encrypting it.
