    For optimization??? static pag is good for optimization but you can also optimize a .php page

    Both are same for search engine view. Extesions do not matter.

    but .php and .asp are dynamic site right? or they can be dynamic. is their a way where dynamic site became SEO friendly? How can i do that?

    Yes you are right .php & .asp are the extesions for dyanamic sites. But search engines don't face difficulty to read .php and .asp extensions they face difficulty to read parameters and query strings in the URLs of dyanmic pages.

    Yes you cud change your dynamic urls into simple one or search friendly with the help of mod rewrite in .htaccess file at your Apache server. It's so easy.

    It will not make difference however since both PHP or ASP parse elements as HTML and search engine spider bots read ONLY "html elements" so whoever claims that htm is better then php has to prove it and tell me why.
