Let me say some word . You know in this world , you can't do trade or receive money if you don't have paypal account . Then what will we from unsupported country do ? Huh ? Are not paypal forcing us to break their rules ? ?
This is the silliest explanation that I see. So if someone does not permit you to deal, they would have a reason for it, it does not mean that it gives you the rights to ignore the rules. There are high risk countries around or countries with which do not have the level of fraud protection or something is agreedable with Paypal. Paypal is not the only payment processor in the world. There are numerous third party credit card processors and third party payment processors like moneybookers.com , worldpay.com , alertpay.com , plimus.com , 2checkout.com which you can use. Typically, you will need a credit card if you want to pay on the internet and all the above-mentioned payment processors supports credit cards. When you cannot work with one processor, you do not go sneak in and break the rules, what you do is to find an alternative which supports you legally. If everyone follows your footsteps, there would no longer be any law and order anymore. Without rules or people following them, this would be a very ruthless world and the human race would go mess up.
