I am looking for a low cost webhost to host a few image/file hosting sites on. The webhost needs to have decent load times!

I would prefer:
100gb of shared space
min 500gb of transfer

trying to keep my cost low. I dont intend to be hosting the sites very long, just using it as a development hosting area. My largest host (host gator) doesn't allow image or file hosting sites.
