Good clean functional site, needs more content in the Special Recipes section.
Cooking Tips & Indian Cooking, on your site every second word in the Health and Food links section starts with a capital letter except Indian cooking is there any reason for this ? Out of interest it was the first link i clicked so ..

I just find that you not use capital letter for the tittle in this post: health eating olive oil.

 

logo can be food related?

 

Make the title and header of the site stand out better and give it a better look. Also, I suggest you put more color into it than just white.

good start, adding content will help. Maybe clean up the CSS in the sidebar. Things are kind of floating on the right.
