When i want to write an ebook, is there any legal issues about it. Just for example can i write how to inject mophium into your vaines (just an example). Or 101 tip for sueside. Does clickbank have policey for this kind of matter. how can i make sure clickbank will allow my topic before i write the book, without having to send them my idea wait for them to accsept and just then start write. thanks IZZY
You do realize that anyone that gives you advice could be subjected to being sued? Get your wallet out and pay a lawyer to answer your questions. That's their job. They know the laws in your country.
An eBOOK is published worldwide, i dont now any lawyer that knows all states & contrys laws + there is a law i know about called internet freedome of speach wich allows you to say what ever you want, but how the law is comes in to place when you want to sales what ever it is you say. THANKS
the thing is i would rather make a finished product start publishing and promting it myself, (article markting, PPC, SEO, MANY MORE) after getting the basics up, getting a finished prefect landing page after some trail and erorr then aply to clickbank when i'm already in the market as the First publisher fo the niche. I know the chances of clickbank steeling my idea aare 1 in a milion but this is something i'v worked hard for any no one else thought about yet.
Well do it then......do all the hard work then submit it to clickbank for them to tell you to shove it up your ass. I know I would. Makes me sick that your thinking of creating such an ebook, trying to make money off people trying to kill themselves. While your at it why don't you make a ebook for paedophiles like 'how not to get caught'. You obviously have no morals so it shouldn't be hard for you.
I don't think you understand freedom of speech. You have every right to say what you want, but that doesn't mean you're not going to be liable for it. If a civil engineer tells a person they can make a bridge for cars out of pop cycle sticks he can be held liable. Why? Because people are in a position to believe a civil engineer. Same thing with a doctor. If a doctor tells you to eat arsenic, the doctor can't hide behind freedom of speech when you die. You are selling information and you are liable for such information. You need to talk to a lawyer that knows the laws in your country because if you break the law, you goto jail in your country since you live in a jurisdiction of the police. Clickbank has lawyers working for them, and I'm sure they'll flat out reject your product. Remember, you're free to say what you want, but you're not free from the consequences of the information. Talk to lawyer.
Ok people you go me totaly wrong, my book isnt about how to kill your self, or any thing that couses damage.
That should tell you then that your not ready to publish anything since you have a communications problem. Your original post stated you were considering those topics.... Without being able to communicate properly your setting yourself up for failure.
i think the above quote therefore suggests it's a hypothetical topic, but you do need to work on your grammar to get your point across. Just ask clickbank.
G`day mate, if I bought an ebook off you with the spelling errors you have in this thread, I`d be asking for a refund quicker than you could check you Paypal account. English obviously isn`t your first language ... well I sure hope it isn`t!! Regardless of how "great" your idea is, I think you will have a very very hard time trying to explain it to us poor "english speaking folk" ... it`ll probably cost more for proof-reading than what you`d ever make from it ... lol ... ok, maybe a slight exaggeration there Christopher J.
First of all i can write fine when I use gmail spelling check Second of all english isnt my native lang as you can see. 3 of all, i aint the one writing the book, i'm just the guy with the idea and info to execute it. My partner will be the one writing the book so no worrys there, his english is a bit better then mine. Again my book does not include any think with self damge or damaging others, it's a privte non legal act one can do at home. Thats it.
If it's anything to do with illegal drugs (my guess from what you just said) I doubt they'll approve it. There are other affiliate networks out there though... Some may be more lenient.
G`day IZZY, a privte non legal act one can do at home NON legal?? Meaning it IS illegal then? Perhaps that is the blatantly OBVIOUS clue as to why this so called niche is untapped and noone has done it (that you know of .. big world buddy) GEEEEEEEZ!! Just don`t tell us later on you have a pet goat named Mary that looks really sexy in her dress and bonnet OK .... LOL OK ... if it`s illegal ... I doubt Clickbank will attach their name and reputation to it ... they have enough with the shoddy crap already without being blatantly illegal ... and I doubt VERY much that you are the first to think of whatever it is ... if it`s illegal .. DONT do it. Always remember "The Law Of Attraction" ... it IS real! Christopher J.
Lol - seems you are getting ripped apart for this OP. While I think you are in the right to ask any question you want - this is not going to be a good way to get your question answered, instead as you see - people are going to mock it, question it, and ass-u-me... I'm guessing it's like 'grow your own stone' or 'make cheap cocaine' or 'homemade 'fillin the blank here''... You're in a tough spot - you have an idea - you think it's great - you don't want to let the cat out of the bag - and you are stuck on clickbank... Here's what I might do if I were you: 1. Don't worry so much about CB - if you have a good idea - execute it. 2. Sell it yourself first - make sure it is something that the markets do in fact 'want' or need. 3. If it is illegal, you must think ahead - people are not really opt to spending online and leaving a paper trail to an illegal activity, even if it is only a guide (a while back someone had the idea of 'break into your own car', which i doubt they would approve - however 'locked your keys in your car? Unlock it with my method in 2 min' probably would. 4. If the markets want it - and the FTC doesn't shut you down - perhaps at that point you should consider bringing it to a network - there are many others that facilitate aff's, and if you are a savvy marketer you won't worry about rejection with just one, your book and its pre-sales will judge that - don't rely on aff's to 'make it'. 5. I agree with the note above 'the law of attraction' and the reverse are indeed real and I wouldn't think twice about it. If you are a brave soul - do something brave that is still positive not negative, and you shall succeed (not to mention save your rep as a publisher for future products). It seems that many stay up thinking of the next wave of money and cashing in on this system without truly giving thought to what they are adding to an already exhausted market place - please for the sake of our industry and the already tarnished name of it - don't launch something with illegal or borderline self inflicting abuse. Whatever you are thinking or have planned out - try doing the reverse as well - so if it's 'how to grow your own stone' also try to do a 'stop smoking pot overnight' <<I was actually going to do something like this a while back, getting ideas again... Anyway, my rant ends with - go read 'the secret' and go watch 'endgame' by alex jones - you need some good soul food brotha, and to learn a lil' about karma. N.
