adsense & free hosting against tos?

    hi i have a website on a free host which i have placed my own adsense code.
    up til a few weeks ago they offered free hosting with no adverts. now they have placed their own adsense ads (header & footer) on my site along with mine

    so there is now more than 3 ads on my site (mine 1 & 3 of theirs)

    is this against googles tos?

    Yes, Its against TOS.
    You can not have two different Publishers ID on the same page.

    But from what I know it is acceptable to have more than one Adsense IDs on the same webpage. In addition, Google doesn't care whether the hosting is a paid one or a free one.

    It depends on the situation. Generally it is not allowed, however, if you ask for permission you will be granted it.

    It isn't against the TOS because only 1 Adsense ID is on the page at any one time ;)

    It is against the TOS to have more than 1 Adsense ID on a Page at the same time.

    I contacted with one of the adsense contact staff, and He wrote that if it non forced, it's ok.
    (This was in the Hebrew Israely adsense,Ask your staff).

    There are ads with more than one adsense ID on a single page?

    If yes, then I guess its against adsense TOS.
