use the word india in desc. too.
Try to get maximum back links from .co.in websites,
Do directory submissions in local business directories,
Do classifieds submissions in local free classifieds websites,

and every tactic that you do for your other websites,

The biggest problem with that site is that its missing the meta description tag,

 

nice design ... but too less content ..

 

Are you specifically looking to increase traffic to insurance or the whole site? What is the amount of traffic you get on your landing page - maybe you should consider highlighting Insurance link if you wish to divert more traffic to insurance. As already posted before me, too little content for search engines to show you in top list - so work with suggestions provided and try to get backlinks from .in / .co.in and similar ccTLD's
