There's others way more successful than me, ShoeMoney for example while not an overly brilliant SEO he's an excellent SEM.. That guy can market ice to Eskimo's and earn a million overnight from it.

I'm more an Algo and Organic person, i can rank website's and be sitting on a goldmine but fail to release 1/4 of the monetization potential at times.

Dan is more a Design, Usability and best Web Practices type SEO who can throw a great looking site online and it appeals to real people as well as Search Engines out of the box.

ssandecki seems to be the opposite of Dan, his site's and design are very minimalistic be he's great at operating with Google's Guidelines to the letter, obtaining natural links and achieving results.

There's also others who don't post regularly like Rand Fishkin of SEOmoz, his on-page SEO is quite ordinary (sorry Rand) but he's an absolute master at social networking, viral content, link bait and especially obtaining brand awareness and recognition.

Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses, so if you ask me if you could create a mash-up of all these traits you would have an SEO to be reckoned with.

 

The most informative and interesting posts I read here was written by ssandecki and Dan Schulz. There's always something valuable to find in their posts even if it's an answer to the question repeated 1000 times.

As to sweetfunny recommendation of beforementioned gentleman should be enough to acknowledge the worth of his opinions.

I've never seen anyone of the three I write about to spread disinformation (as some of people here on DP do). I would recommend to read carefully what they post. It's a good material for learning.

 

I think the posts by Dan are very informative and one can learn a lot from that but i always think that choosing the best seo is a debatable issue. I would refrain from making an as outrageous post as VickySEO - but i would certainly like to be considered as a strong contender. I am sure keeping away from the forums for sometime or not having thousands of posts isnt a factor.

jk...but a good general rule of thumb is the most informed SEOs are the most busy and they don't have time to look @ your current web presence/situation.

 

SEO is not a secret anymore.
Who has the biggest budget, he is the great SEO.

 

SEO is highly overrated.

Thats the problem with most people is that they are so SEO focused they forget that people conducted business in trillions of dollars before the Internet came along and well after.

I'm about as good as you're going to find as far as on-page SEO goes (on this forum anyway - the same goes for ssandecki and sweetfunny), and with regard to threads, well keep your eyes peeled. I think question: "Who is the most knowledgeable seo exspert" is not good question, you can ask another: "Who is the riches seo exspert"

 

I will tell you this there is a lot of SEO's and PPC marketers that I know that stay behind the curtain that are making millions through affiliate sites. I know one guy doing over 2 million a month through affiliate marketing all organic search.

Also our company has been recommended by some of the best in the industry, but we only deal with people that are serious about SEO or actually have the budget.
