    hi,

i've some email database over 20k or so. would like to get suggestions how can i use them, few month back i've mailed from same domain for whom content i mailed. my host warn me that he recieves some complaints of the same.

    I immediately stopped mailing.

Now seeking suggestions what to do so that domain didn't get blacklisted.

one idea could be using another domain in different host. but i am afraid i will still get warning and that domain value will go down.

Seeking your suggestions for the same... I mean Leagal and Best Way :)

    Thanks

There's no legal way about it - no matter what, it's still spam.

Aweber will help you cross the spam issue. They will send an invitation to your list asking them to subscribe. People who want your product/service will subscribe and those who do not, will ignore your request.

This is the truth...I was somewhat in your situation a year or so ago and I did just this with Aweber. Seemed to work well....I lost quite a bit of the contacts...but that is expected when you go for reconfirmations.

Aweber is a good tool to use...

Can't we just use yahoo or gmail id to send bulk mails - so our domains wont get blacklisted?

I agree with Jaydev. You have to use yahoo o gmail to bulk emails. It is not direct effect on your domain. If you want to use you domain then you have to send small numbers of email. Or send the mails only when it is required as your website.
