craigslist traffic for a blog?

I want to grab the craiglist traffic system and try to attribute it to my needs. I have been marketing on craigslist for a while and it has worked for buyers

but what about for non buying traffic? what about traffic that would be sent to a magazine or a blog? would craiglist work there? it is pretty powerful once u have potential buyers but just traffic which should convert into readers. would it be beneficial to grab taht traffic?

    I think its achieveable.

There is not only traffic which can convert to sales but also there are who are willing to get good content from blogs. After you write a good post on your blog then use this service. Generally if you write a good post you bookmark it right?

In the similar way you after you write a post just use craigs list perfectly. That's it.

    It is going to work.

Sorry I'm a newbie here so please forgive me for my lack on knowledge in all this but. . .

How can you advertise on Craig's List as far as like getting referrals and stuff? Is that even possible?

I used Craig's list too look up rental properties and that was about it. I see a lot of info. stating that Craig's List is better than Ebay. Can you please tell me how or why?

Again sorry, but I'm pretty new to all this?

    Aloha

    hey jess

its pretty easy you said u are looking up rental properties on craigslist what if I listed something related to the real estate and it interested you? you probably would have clicked on it and it would generate me some sort of income (depending what I do)

as far as web traffic I am not sure which is why I am askin the general public

If you have an interesting story, it may work. For junks it would get flagged down in a minute.

As long as you post in the right category and link to quality content, I don't see any problems!

Do you post a hyperlink or just a text version of the URL?

Hmmm... so, you're saying that you post a non clickable link and it still doesn't allow you to? Maybe stick in a picture within your post and include the url in the image?
