I think its good. The only thing I would do is move the SSL seal under the "welcome" message so that it is more visible.

The SSL seal is where people who are looking for it will expect to find it. Ok, now here's a question I'm sure no one has the answer too: With over 11,000 visitors yesterday, most of them targeted, I converted exactly 0. Why?

Nice looking store, it has a clean look and some good vids too. You had 11000 visitors and no sale, thats hard to believe. How are your products priced, are there better deals around? I know many people prefer Amazon when they buy stuff online, but 11000 visitors and not a single conversion is against the odds. Wait a couple of days and then if nothing changes make some kind of survey and ask visitors what they think of your site and what could be improved. You could give them a chance to win a free dvd as an incentive for filling out the survey. Good luck.

My prices are as low as I can make them. That said, they're lower than some of my competitors and those guys are making a killing, so it can't be that. The online market for DVD sales is HUGE. If I can get .1% market share I'm making a living. If I can get 1-2% I'm rich. I just need to find the right combo of keywords, ad content, and landing page design I guess. The survey idea is a good one, I'll have to think about how best to implement it. -Thanks.
