The "pro-rata" date our billing system has been set, is on the 23rd of
each month on his first invoice. This simplifies our billing system to the advantage
also of our client-base in one way or another.

The 1st invoice a client would have to pay is pro-rated².
This means that the client would only have to pay the day he placed an order
until the 23rd of the month on his first invoice. The succeeding billing cycle would
be the offered pricing here.
