    What are your (online) skills?

You could just invest your money in securities or forex activities.

I would suggest you to start few adult websites with that money. Around 500$ will be your investment for it,and then you can have money rolling into ya pocket every month,as the adult affilaites pay in lots.
Also you can invest some money in forex and get some benefit out of it..
Im not so much into that part,so i cant suggets you.
Im a web developer and programmers,so i can suggest you for adult websites,as i have seen my clients earnign a huge with the sites, that i built for them.

if you need me,then PM me or contact me on IM.
    Thanks..

In my case, I could have 0, 5,000, or 100,000. When it comes to making money online, i have learned, that unless you use it to buy an already established online presence, then your just risking, and quite possibly wasting, your funds. I know a way to make money that can never fail, never suffer saturated markets, never have direct contact with anyone who gets you money. No ads, or ad watching, no GPT bullshit, no adsense, no CPA, no frikken website. Easy Money. Nuff said. Will say more:

    http://thebrokeblogger.blogspot.com/2008/05/omfg-jackpot.html

I know how to get a residual income, absolutely free, costing only 5 minutes at a time, or more depending how much you care. I found the first ever real "automatic turn key system" that I have ever seen. So, 5K, 10K, 100k. You only need a few bucks to get the secrets to make the money, and then you can keep your five grand and let the internet pay for itself. Dead serious. In fact, I just got paid 18 cent throughout the time it took me to type this post. I type fast as hell, but to be fair, I did stop to check so that I could make an example.

It almost feels like some kind of cheating or something, but it's totally legit. hahahaha I'm nearing retirement before I even BEGIN !!! LOL. 24 cent now. Total income from something I did 5 times in under an hour so far from the time between 12AM till now (9:20AM) is $7.48 I'm going to go relax and play MTA SA and get paid for it instead of work. I am getting paid, non stop, from something that I bet none of the so-called gurus ever dreamed possible. Fools. By the time I invest 20 hours into this, I will be pulling 100 dollars a day, and you WILL shit yourself when you know how to do this :)

Actually, adult websites have a great potential to earn good healthy money, but what you need is at first is a budget of 100$ atleast and buy soem heavy traffic.
Then and then you will get heavy loads of clicks on your ads and affilates also.
    Cheers..

Love it how people advertise there site "secretly" I know I do it as well, but why not generally come out and say, this is my site...

But that eBook would probably sell better if you told us a very general way of what your doing to make the money ;)

I would take $100 to invest in say 3 domains, hosting and at minimal traffic.
each site would have unique business models, with mixtures of revenue raising, such as affiliates/adsense etc.
then the $4900 would go into a high interest online savings account earning 8%pa.
    LOL

I probably would take maby a 1000$ of it and would join a affiliate network like commision conjuction, get some good affiliate offers and promote them by Pay per click and monitor it closely for conversions and ROI% and see if I could pull it off. Buts really probably more of it research thing. It takes practice to get good feel for ppc.

Buy a solid, existing, money making site. Something like a membership or pay site where you have recurring revenue, and then you can focus on maintenace and growth instead of trying to reinvent the wheel.

If you know anything about the biz, you should be able to grow the site, and make money on your investment over the next 12-24 months plus. It would be easier to buy an existing site, with verifiable income.

If you don't have any experience in web development, either buy an existing site (like others have already mentioned), or...save that $5k and learn as much as you can before jumping in.

But really, buying a site without any knowledge of how to run it is a recipe for disaster. I highly suggest the second option.

    Agreed.

If you do not have the basics down, you might wanna wait. I know I, and others, have offered some help when people buy sites to smooth the transition.

But you need to be able to at least run the minimums, and know what to do in traffic generation, to not lose your investment.

All I'm doing following the steps in that guide at my latest blog post and getting paid over and over again, for free. ;) Works, and abundantly, as I said. 100 percent real. :)

The only page I have personally ever seen that deserves to brag as much as it does. :p

I would keep my eye on home forclosures in the USA.
Banks are being forced to seize quite a few houses.
