I have a simple idea if: You are in country where paypal does not allow you to receive money(i.e Albania) You don't have a credit card You have a free hosting plan and need to upgrade. "Solving the problem" strategy: Get an account from a friend of yours in a paypal country where receiving money is allowed(i.e Italy).The first problem is resolved. Use your hosting affiliate programme(i.e freehostia), to earn some money and get paid into your paypal account. Upgrade your hosting plan, and make money with adsense and get the money using check method. You didn't spend a dime, did you?
