is this against adsense TOS?

    My this site www.prabh.info
    that design has got image surrounding the main ad w
    and adsense TOS says that

    [QUOTE-Adsense TOS]https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=48182
    "May not direct user attention to the ads via arrows or other graphical gimmicks"
    "May not place misleading images alongside individual ads"[/QUOTE]

    Guys What do you say?

    I think to be safe, you need to contact adsense support and confirm.

    And surrounding is directing user attentions a little bit.

    Ads placement is fine, google won't mind those images so no need to worry.

    Sorry, I don't think it is ok, virtually all in the lay-out draws the attention to the main ad, in the first few seconds I really was convinced this is the point where I have to click so that something happens. Perhaps if you make the ad a bit smaller and put it more in the top right corner? SY
