    There are plenty of affiliates which offer payment by Paypal. Just do a search you will find handful of them :)

    I would think that since the OP is from Pakistan which is not supported by Paypal, I would think that he is asking if there are services which would pay to merchants who accepts paypal on his behalf.

    If that is the case, it is best to contact the merchant to ask if they have alternative payment options and if they do not have, just look for an alternative.

    i'm really sorry guys for not clearing it.

    Actually, i have some problem in uploading funds to my paypal.

    What i want is to use my credit card to upload funds to my paypal account.
    Actually, paypal has no Pakistan in their list.

    EDIT: about my paypal account, i opened it on behalf of my cousin in uk. But, i want to upload funds through my credit card.

    You cannot upload funds from a credit card. Paypal does not work like Moneybookers. When you buy something through paypal, it will only withdraw your credit card in real time if you do not have existing funds.

    If you want to 'pay' your cousin, you need to be from a Paypal supported country before you can pay to it. They do track IP address and the first few numbers of the credit card number will tell which country and bank it was issued from.

    yes, i know it but i'm not using it for any illegal purpose. Actually i want to use it on ebay.

    Can't i send payments from money bookers to my paypal account?

    No, you cannot send payments from moneybookers to paypal as money exchanges are illegal at both moneybookers and paypal. Enough to get the account limited.
