Hello, I have a page on my site which is indexed by google.

I have done a link exchange with someone and put quite a lot of links on a page and its subpages. They are taking a long time to put mine back, so I want to make sure their links are taken out of the index until mine are up.

How do I get the page de-indexed if it is already indexed, plus all the subpages from it.

    thanks

I know. I was thinking that at the time ;)

I would have but I wanted to know about user experiences about a page being deindexed.

Also, I have decided that I don't want the pages deindexed because there is good content on them. I just want the all the links to be nofollow for that page and the internal pages.

As I understand, you want to make sure the links of you links partners are taken out of the index until yours are up. and you want to de-indexed you site. Well I may advice you to wait the update of google and place a code that google will not follow the page.

The fastest way to get your page de-indexed is to do it through google webmaster tools.

Then you just need to put a no follow tag in all links. You know how to put no follow tag in links?

Yeh, there are 80 links though. I will have to put them in the head tag.

USe robots.txt. I use robots to deindex any links page or page I do not want to waste PR on.
