Google Website Optimizer ! How to use

    Well i saw a new product in google product list name Google Website Optimizer.

    Can any help me what it can help and what i have to do!. I always think google produces what we need. Surely this may help but still i am bit confuse though i know what their objective is.

    HIiiiii.

    It's an extra tools which is providing in Google webmaster tools,

    Well i have tried to access it, but it may be free for 90 days, after that what it does i don't know, so better i log off.

    Interesting. Looks like it allows you to split test pages and monitor conversion and bounce rates.

    Ha ha ha ha .. I guess I'm the only one that used this tool.

    Actually this tool is more for eCommerce websites not regular ones hence its made to help you optimize the content locations and imaging on each particular page in order to achieve better conversion rates (sales).

    For regular websites I'm not sure that this will be of any help.

    Hi,

    Have anyone here tried testing different prices for a specific product as part of a Website Optimizer's multivariate experiment?

    Since the price appears in the secured (https) payment page - does it make code placement more complex?

    For now I ran an A/B experiment and my conversion rate increased by 35%-40%. I think the multivariate experiment is very interesting to test.

    Ive seen this a few times. Had a look around. Maybe able to use this to test squeeze pages and sales pages?
    hmmm, ive just been using standard split testing. Going to have another look to see if I can incorperate this :D
