Firstly this will never happen, who would pay any one to post on YOUR forum apart from you!! No one else but you would have anything to gain
DreamTeamMoney is also a good one. While they don't pay free money, you can earn points for posting and also are awarded dreamteam points for referrals to the forum. You can use your rewards points for free banner impressions and advertisements with the forum - although not free money, it's a very valuable way of being paid in my experience.

well paid per posting is a very hard work , you can earn more by diverting your efforts to another idea.

@nonyf I dont want the forum look like GTP site. I want only similar forum like DP forum but I want also reward posters. There was many webmasters paid already and I am sure you will find payment proofs.
Have you considered an Adsense revenue sharing theme; similar to the one that's employed here at digital point? Great way to rewards members for posting.... Also, if there are other forums that share adsense revenue with posters, I appreciate any tips from other forum posters here. Thanks!

Yes I did consider but first I need the traffic. To get the traffic I need to find out why my traffic is not increasing even I pay for posts very long time. There must be some other problem with the site.
