well what is that? 15k a day? in a month? what niche? can you be a little more vague? well in either case.. it's terrible.. ive always maintained that Google gives publisher "X" .50 for a click that tomorrow under the same circumstances they may just give that same publisher .01.. depending on how much money they need for their quarterly earnings.
May be your niche is very low paying...at the same time I think you are also getting lots of fraud clicks..

15k clicks on your ads or 15k uniques on your site ? be more specific. With 15k clicks on ur ads you should expect around 600 dollars.
Mate your Adsense A/c is still active or not? I think around 13000 clicks should be from the same IP or from the same person. So it is highly probable that Google will ban the A/c soon. Contact them ASAP for it.
it is because my visitors are from middle east mostly but i think ecpm increases by time it is a radio niche
The PPC will be dramatically affected by regional targetting as far as I hear. where your visitors come from? what is your niche? did you discount the possibility of invalid clicks?
