U can get easily get 128kbps conection for 500 INR,why dont u change it?

 

Well, maybe in her city it's only that isp so she dosent have any alternatives.
I doubt that her net speed it's only 10 kbps...it's imposible.

If your parents won't allow you to change your connection and if you are so obliged to your parents then you better not ask others what to do,better ask your parents again and again.When you will aged enough to take your decisions on your own then change your connection.Till then be happy with what you have.Try to visit lightweight sites.

BSNL Dataone Home Unlimited is just Rs 750 for 256 kbps. Which part of India do you stay.

 

My ISP likes to shut off at 2 ~ 3 AM, and then have to recycle the modem, and every morning have to recycle the modem, joy..... and I did call ISP and only thing I got from it is that they are dumb.

 

maybe some prevention from night downloaders
