How i can signup in paypal account..

    I am Just Living in pakistan.... How sign up for the paypal account... the the pakistan country not in the paypal country list ???

    and Tell me Method that if i will not entered the credit card and can use paypal account for payment.. sending and receving just

    I guess there is no way to sign up legally, you can use VCC though.

    If I'm not mistaken those countries that banned PP usually have some "exchanger" serves as a middleman. For instance you pay him an amount of money then they will send the money to the person you desire through paypal.

    why dont you go for Plimus or 2checkout? they let you accept paypal... but dont use paypal or paypal will close your account after few months because pakistan is not in paypal list....

    Do not cheat by using VCC or using VPN, if your country is not in the list, do not sign up. Your account will end up being limited only. The easiest way is to get a trustworthy relative staying in a country which allows Paypal to sign up and you can use Paypal through the relative.

    Do not sign up. As someone suggested, your account will end up being limited and closed with your money stuck inside.

    You could try using a proxy which is based in a country where it is allowed.

    paypal is not good for asian country, in my country paypal cannot be withdraw in the bank account. and has been limited to pay all online shopping.
