    which pre paid credit card could work to verify paypal?

    like maybe one from a local rite aid or something that would be maybe free or easy to get.

    I heard about green dot, does that work? cause i heard it got blacklisted or something.

    Since you are from the US, all you need is a Bank Account issued by a US Bank in the US. It can be used to both verify your account and fund it. That should be the simplest option.

    I would figure paypal has a "test mode" and just use any credit card to test it .

    cc is used just to confirm you address & increasing the limits

    Go apply for one, it should not be difficult to do so.

    At least with a bank account, you can earn interests and do not need to keep all your money under your pillow.

    Yes, the Netspend card is the way to go for you if you are in the US and can´t apply for a "real" bank account because of a bad credit score for example

    IF you need a bank account buy a Netspend prepaid card and then go to wamu.com you can open an account there with $1 using your credit card. Now you'll have a verified paypal and a bank account without even leaving your home :D
