I use passion.com and I got paid few times already. But is not smart to use there ppc program if you realy don't have high targeting adult dating traffic, because they will change your program from ppc to revshare and you will lose your money. That is because they have rule, if your traffic doesn't convert to paid members later, they change your account. If you like ppc programs you can check my first link in signature. They are very "adsense alike" and they have 10$ min. payout. And if you signup with them under advertiser account also, you will get 20$ of free clicks.
