Xoom transfers Paypal money to Moneybookers?

    I would like to know if Xoom.com provides service to transfer from Paypal to any other money processor like Moneybookers.

    Why would they use the service from another competitor of their niche?
    Xoom.com is huge and has their own gateways, mostly from Mid-East.

    NO its not possible.... what you asking is money exchage which is not allowed by any payment procssing service.... you have to find scammers to do money exchange with you and get scammed by them...:D

    But simple way send money to one through xoom > they pickup > upload funds to moneybookers > pay you lol :p

    no way. I am sure you wana make your paypal balance cash. just use 2CO.com they acceets paypal. then 2CO to Your Bank.

    and If you really need MoneyBooker Balance then upload balance from you Bank.

    Well Yes, and NO.
    If your MB account accept Wiretransfer, and XOOM happens to support the country where MB is running from with sending wiretransfer to their bank in your name so its credited your MB account, then there should be no problem. But this is not a normal practice, but in theory it should work, if XOOM supports the
    country where MB is from.
