McCain and Clinton are CFR too. The only Presidential Candidate (party nominated) in the last 50 years who hasn't been a member of the CFR, was Goldwater.

Btw, this poll is bogus. Where are Mike Gravel, Bob Barr, Ralph Nader etc?

Or are you saying that we have a two party system, and it's not a real democracy?

There are... Check out the Rasmussen Markets - > http://markets.rasmussenreports.com/aav2/menu.jsp

It puts Obama's chances at 55% and McCain's at 37%.

The poll isn't bogus. The poll is about "Who do you THINK will become next president of USA." It's not about who you'd LIKE to see as President.

Realistcally, none of the alternate candidates really stand a chance. It's a two party system and that's the way THEY want it.

Personally, I thing McCain will end up our next President. I'm not saying that because that's who I want to be there, it's just a hunch.

If it were my choice I'd like to see Al Gore as President.

I've heard it said that if the US sneezes that the rest of the World catches cold.

If that's true then we're all in trouble.

From my perspective the US has alzheimer's, arthritis, cancer, and several other debilitating ailments. There's more wrong with America than there ever has been. We're getting old as a nation and it's starting to show.

I hope I haven't used to many confusing metaphors.

In my book, the Corporations are killing America. The Government isn't interested in helping the people anymore. (cancer) Any actions taken to try to do anything take WAY too long to really matter (arthritis), and we forget that things used to be different. (alzheimer's) The nation has been falling apart for many years and all anyone does is try to treat the symptoms. They totally ignore that the US is on a slippery slope and that we've been on the decline for many years. (getting old)

Maybe. There are a lot of people who have bought into globalist propaganda without realizing the ramifications of diminishing utility as layers of government continue to get added above the citizenry.

That said, I'm not much of a conspiracy theorist. And there isn't much need for it these days anyways, as I said, most Americans have forgotten that the UN shafts us regularly but we pay the bills, and globalists are the first ones to close a Michigan factory, after bribing our Union leaders to sell us on NAFTA, and making everyone go through ISO 9000 training, so we document that the notion of "American quality" is just a fallacy when a Chinese or Mexican plant implements the same quality standard processes.

Wal Mart used to be a place you could get stuff cheap. Now it's required shopping to sustain a middle class family. In another 10 years, it will be a boutique for the "quite wealthy".

Gotta love the globalists. They're always lobbying for someone, other than us.

I'm guessing Obama. I think most Americans are not happy with the status quo at this point and he is billed as the "change" candidate. Personally I think all three of these candidates will bring change, unfortunately, just more change for the worse.

Some people here still don't seem to understand just how much America is absolutely done with the Republican party after 8 years of Bush. McCain will need a miracle to even be close. That's why they are going to be running a very dirty low down campaign (as McCain has already started with the disgusting Hamas reference.)
