the reason domains like porn.com and sex.com sold for so much is because there is so much demand for porn and sex on the net and then there are the business domains such as fund.com that go for a lot of money.

What do you guys think is the most valuable domain name right now? I would say that if Google ever sold their domain they would get at least 10x what sex.com got.

 

Google.com worth at least 10x sex.com?! Assuming they sold it NOW even without their search engine (just to sell the domain name) they can get AT LEAST $25 billion. The amount of type-in traffic to Google.com is absolutely RIDICULOUS making it 10000000000000000000000x more valuable than sex.com.
