I was looking for some ''files storage'' Hosting at google but all of them are free and you have to upload your files to their site no FTP thanks
Every host that usually offers more than 10GB are overselling, if everyone like you use 50GB, where do they get those space to supply more than 100,000 customers? Get a VPS, even so, for $25 the max. ram you can get is like 512mb(really rare, rare, rare), to set up a file storage hosting you must have the budget to at least get a good script and a good hosting(Dedicated server is recommended) I'm not discouraging you, but for $25/month and 300GB/300GB, with the high server requirements(when it gets big, you dont want to even estimate the BW transfer), it's ridiculous in this world to get such a fascinating hosting. Or I have a suggestion for you, don't go individual, do as a group and you will probably spend less earn more.
You'll need to add another 0 to that monthly price of yours and get a dedicated server, shared hosts will kick you out if you use too many resources.
I dont think you'll get 3000GB/month bandwidth for $25/only! You need to buy atlest a VPS to host your site!

I know most hosts oversell, but this shouldn't stop you from buying the service, for example 1and1 has a plan for $19.99 per month that includes what you need.
Hi, The cost of disk space per gigabyte (depending on the medium i.e. scsi,sata,etc) is between $0.50/GiB and $2.00/GiB so for the amount of storage you want it will cost the host at least $150. That said, you may be able to take advantage of the over sellers by getting an account with them and making sure that you comply with every condition of their TOS. The most common ones require that a) the content be related to the site and b) that the content must be linked to pages hosted on their account. These are not hard requirements to meet. I suggest that you review these hosts and make sure you read and understand the TOS and AUP policies before signing up to one of these hosts.
