How is your alexa ranking in this update?

    Hello

    Alexa recently updated their rankings for website. My blog http://www.scopeformoney.com moves from 2100000 to 426133 in this alexa ranking.

    How is your experience in this alexa ranking update. Are you able to increase or maintain the same alexa that you have previously?

    mine jumped from 995,000 to 559,344.

    (Now I have the PR update on May 21 to look forward to???)

    Alexa is a spyware tool bar. So its best to ignore their rankings. Only people that have that spyware tool bar installed score hits. Use google analytics instead.

    Now my Alexa rank is "576,989".

    Before the update, it was 600,000+

    Anyways mine jumped from 480,000 to 225,000

    Well, I went back 200k.. But its coming back slowly...

    but on the other hand, one of my not so bigger sites, jumped almost 3million places and is now in the xxx

    Then your traffic is measured by a traffic tag on your site instead of spyware installed on your clients computers. Quantcast is directly measured and its more ethical then promoting trashware like alexa.
