Answering question from PM: You may live in any country, but we would prefer clients that speak English and want a website written in English. So if you live in a country which it's primary language is English or a country which has a lot of English-speakers, that would be best.

You will find potential customers and sell to them (does involve speaking). You will not be required to do anything beyond that (e.g., design, programming, technical support, etc.).
Yes you can, but from experience my sales people have told me that it is easier using traditional methods. Ebay has not been tried, but we do have a set price.
