What do you charge for PPC Mangement?

I've been thinking of outsourcing some of the PPC stuff I've been doing (so much to do!) and I want to see pricing structures that everyone offers to see if it would be worth my money to do it.

So what would you charge for ppc management? Be sure to note whether your charging by % or fee and if it is on a scale of how much I would spend.

It all depends on the size of the campaigns of course, but I've set up a small, big and custom campaign samples on my site. For the small and big campaign I have a fixed monthly price and a set up fee, but for the custom it all depends on the size of course!

I usually look at the proposed campaign and estimate the amount of hours it will require on a weekly basis and then quote estimated hours. While I quote estimated, I bill actual hours at $30-$40/hour.

Don't they normally require a minimum budget then? I mean, some people only spent $100 a month. I even had a client with a $1000 weekly budget, but he was is such a small and consentraded niche that he hardly spent $150 a month and had a huge ROI.
