Google not updated

I am having a website that has got more than 1000 links and ranks in the top Yahoo but in google its not there though the competition is extremly low and it has been more than 2 montns. some one over here in the DP says google is going to update backlinks after 3 months remember I am talking about serp positons not the Google PR

 

Just wait some time if you really have good backlinks then Google will move your site to the top.

 

SERP takes time. It is normal. Usually takes months.

 

Backlinks update every couple of months.

It updated recently

 

I can see for my websites, back links gets update every week in Google webmaster tools,
So dont worry just make good backlinks you will be at top on serp's...

I have doubled the links I had last week almost 10k now for a one month old site- maybe your links list is not increasing because umm you have no links to increase

 

Not all links are equal. Are many of your links from the same site for example? Yahoo seems to give more credit for these than Google.

 

I have got PR 5,PR 6, PR0to 3 links and they all add up to more than 1000.yes some are from the same website but I have got quality links even from the other sites as well. then why isn't my website on the top serp positions though there are no compeitotors

 

I had the same issue, it took almost two months

 

Sometimes there are just no explanations - G does things in mysterious ways

Google change search results placements very often.

You need to wait and meanwhile, keep building backlinks.

 

get more back links add a lil new relevent content relax se,s fluctuates now.

 

You should continue to build backlinks until you get to the #1 position in google.

 

Keep working don't get panic for results buddy , Google update many sites and you are also a webmaster you know how many sites and blogs are their in world , it takes some time , keep up your good work and keep building links you will achieve your target soon .

 

I will but how long is it going to take if that is the speed at which google works then I would be have to wait for each page a long time, the revenue I am trying to earn is from adsense and the page has really low adsense ads which pays me low; I wanted to build such pages many and rank good in google so I start earning but the speed tells that I donot know how long if that is for 1 page then how long it would take for more!!

 

That's true. I've been waiting for a couple of weeks to know if my backlinks are updated. I know it will take time. Let us just wait.
