"Solving the problem" strategy: Get an account from a friend of yours in a paypal country where receiving money is allowed(i.e Italy).The first problem is resolved. Use your hosting affiliate programme(i.e freehostia), to earn some money and get paid into your paypal account. Upgrade your hosting plan, and make money with adsense and get the money using check method. You didn't spend a dime, did you?
I know it is not easy, but the problem in general can be resolved, thats not so difficult at all. I made 50$ with traffic exchanges affiliate programme and can buy now any domain at web4africa. So why not make money with affiliate programme of web hosting.
