I think I have a weak back because I sit on the computer too much. Is this common with most computer addicts?

back stretching can help you. And i also advise that you have a comfortable chair.

you get a massage chair, beverage holder, stereo sound, vibrators synced to the game, and a remote holder.

you use to be able to get them cheap for about 500$ not sure the price now....

While I'm a webmaster, I'm also a weightlifter...so I make sure my back is kept strong and flexible. Do deadlifts or lower back stretches to strengthen your back.

Try exercising your back for about 30 minutes a day, stretching etc... My back is bad from many years of construction work, and sitting in a chair all day feels good for me.

If you are spending that much time at the computer, it's not only your back you need to be worried about, even it that is the only thing giving you problems presently. You should try to get up from your computer at least once every 30 minutes, or 60 minutes at the absolute longest, and stretch, move around, focus your eyes elsewhere. Stretch not only your back and legs, but your arms and hands and wrist.

    ok, thanks

I also do have very thin wrists. I think every 30-60 minutes I'll go downstairs and weight lift. Practicing guitar might also help exercise the hands, because they turn into stone sitting here too long. I do too little of both and too much of the computer.

    thanks tho

I don't have weak back, just stand up and have a short walk each hour. I also play football every weekend
