    Almost nothing. Just started this thing up, so assume revenue to be 0

    A basic shared proxy hosting should be good. They go as cheap as $3 a month. I have it on my VPS, thus I pay the monthly VPS costs with other sites, etc

    Yes it is. As long as there is some content on the page, you can have Adsense on it :D

    Uptime so far has been 100%. It is hosted on my personal VPS right now, so I've made sure it does not go down. And yeah, the new buyer will either have to move it to a new hosting account, or can continue to host with me at a low price each month. Ofcourse, the first month will be free (even if you decide to host it elsewhere).
