hello guys i m getting started with clickbank as my first affiliate partner in my journey of affiliate marketing.I m really very much confused as to how to choose a particular product.I m not going to put the affiliate link on my blog which has adsense, but have created a separate blog for posting the reviews of some good products where each post will have a link to the respective affiliate page. What you guys suggest?....how should i go about selecting a good product?
Product selection is indeed a hard part of affiliate marketing. Some people will tell you to go for products with high gravity, because they're converting. Others will tell you to aim for low gravity ones, because there's not much competition. I have no favorite method. I just open the product's sales page, see if it's good, and then decide. Whatever you choose, be sure to try it out and not give up so fast. Different products convert at different ratios and at different keywords. It may take you some time to find the right ones. nadavs
Find a niche.... Then find forums relating to that niche... discover 5 questions that are a problem for the poeple in that niche and that are frequently asked in busy forums relating to that niche, then source a product that solves that problem.. Voila.. McrTech
Put yourself in the shoes of your potential customer, and then as said above...open the sales page, if you feel that product can solve your problem as the customer..then run with it
The enlightened lead this forum which is unique.Very useful advice nadavs. Do you have anything to say on the decreasing trend of sales in affiliate links after a few sales? Is there any chance of mischief here??
In fact, I have no idea why sales decrease over time with a steady traffic. If someone solves that, he's either going to be very rich or very popular. nadavs
Thanks... I think this is what the industry lacks, to me it is I.M. basics.. Most ofthe industry want to pass around some big secret or "strategies"..lol when really the basics work just fine... well they do for me anyhow..full time for years now Mcr
