Is there a Google penalties list?

I was trying to google it but SE's are full with all kinda random crap , so was wondering maybe someone can link me to the right and official list or something, or maybe there isnt any for public yet?

No. I dont think so there is any list. But yeah, you can do check out if your site is banned or not.

 

There is no such a list because Google like to keep everything in secret for some reason or another.

Only the webmasters themselves would know if a website is banned from google. Or you could check http://www.banchecker.com to see if a site is banned. I haven't run across a list of banned sites yet.. it would be great if they had one.

 

The list you need to check is the Google Webmaster Guidelines. Breaking those rules can lead to penalties or simply poor rankings.

 

No, google is very secretive of what they do allow and dont. They will hardly even tell you what you do wrong if your penalized

There is no list because a list would mean they'd have to stick to the rules and they like changing the rules whenever they see fit so hence there can be no rules and no law until they decide to come up with one hence MONOPOLY

I have so far heard about -30 and -950 penalties only

 

Could you say what do these numbers mean? Im not familiar with google penalties and would really like to know it

 

Say if you are at x position in serps. If you are hit with -60 pen then your position will be (x+60) and so on. I hope i cleared it.

You can be penalized for many reasons, one being selling links, second being keyword stuffing, and thirdly being getting too many backlinks in short period of time.

There are many other reasons as to why you can be penalized or even banned, so I won't list all of them.
