There is a reason that they pay you so much. At Mtree they will change your account from "free signups" to "revshare" if good enought percentage of free members later don't convert to paid members. But before that happen, you can already make 400-700$. But there are other adult "free signup" programs that you don't require that.

They will ask for cc or bank account number, but that is only because that is only way to make (almoust) shure that visitors are 18+.
