If he has the same address and the same IP than you, no.

Im thinking the same as manHa, im not completely sure, maybe they see it as an attempt to have 2 accounts, even though your not.

There is no reason why you could not. Your are both separate legal entities.

So what you're trying to say is that even if you are banned, you can create another account and tell Google "oh no, I'm not internetmarketingiq, I'm his brother!"?

    ...I don't think so, sorry.

very true but I would still check with adsense if they are ok with that because their tracking system is automated and it might ban you without asking questions

just contact adsense and ask them

As long as the entity is different, you might get away with it, however, Google might ban you, they try to stay on the safe side:

I suggest you contact adsense support and ask them. Its a little risky is you do it without first contacting them.

if it is same IP, that will not be a problem as your brother will have his own site where he'll run adsense on. however, if its the same computer and same IP, then google might be suspicious. contact adsense support and get this cleared out

I think it should not be any problem. But thats just my opinion. The best way to go for it would be to ask Google itself. As far as none of you are doing anything wrong, you shouldn't have any problem.

Well the best way is to ask G about this. At times there have been instances of multiple accounts from the same household.
