i heard strange storis about countries that full of theifs and killer in the night is that really true ?
I went to an Asian Country called Singapore before. It's a small city that is pretty safe. Ladies stay out through the night. That includes my girlfriends and I.
Well, Most places here in philippines are safe but still the same with other countries that there are places that is not safe. And I think here you could also find people that do crime but still have a soft heart.
I'm about 1.5 hours out of Melbourne at the moment. It's 4.32am right now. If I bothered to go outside, at the worst, I might see an owl This place is about as safe as it gets. If I was in the city, then I might have to watch out for garbage trucks and a few drunk losers trying to get home. But nothing especially dangerous.
Its not safe here at night. The boys don't have much of a problem but the girls can be in real trouble!
I think people may find this hard to believe but in certain parts of the United Kingdom it is not advised to be wandering the streets at night / early morning. Major cities like Glasgow, London and Cardiff, are rife with anti-social behaviour, muggings and, in extreme situations, killings. However, I live in a small village in Wales and I go out at 3am sometimes to get some cigarettes or a pint of milk and I feel totally safe. Wherever you live though there will always be some risk, it only takes one slightly deranged or drunk person to give you trouble.
Our area is safe and we can stay out anytime.But there are some really bad areas where you are not safe during daytime.
Well here in Tirana the life begins at night so its safe as there are a lot of pub's , discos and restaurants available all the night long (I speak for my neighborhood only )
