What needs to do, what my forum posts will be included into google search? Sitemap , backlinks or what? What is the most required thing? Thanks for help.
Usually you do not have to do anything. If you have a backlink, google will eventually crawl your site (that is also true without a backlink). You can try submitting a site map to Google, which in my opinion is the best way. Honestly just do your thing. keep your forum as a quality site and let people know. I don't have a forum and so far best working way for me to post a link in digg. Apparently Google crawls digg regularly and will notice your post. Do not spam digg, one post should be enough.
To get your posts indexed in google faster and higher, you need to build lots of back links for your forum. Add lot of content. I think the most important thing are the backlinks and how much content you add in your forum.

The question you have asked confused me. If you want to know about forum post. Yes google index the post. You need to increase more back links for regular crawl.
Try to get quality contents and update it regularly with new threads. Google then will crawl everyday to your site.
If you have fresh content and demonstrable, good quality ( you can find them in Inlink serps) backlinks and have search engine friendly forum software --if you have all of these- then look for a reason things are not going well. Google and Yahoo should be hammering you site daily. Make sure you have a google Webmasters account , submit sitemap , look for problems exposed or suggested there
