editing photo ID proof is illegal and sooner or later paypal will find out and when they will find out,, he will lose everything....

Obviously getjimmy didn't read your story or he would have been the forst one to blast you - You illegally opened a paypal account and then you used false and illegal documents to get a limit lifted. You might have fooled paypal once but they'll catch onto you soon - and you'll be back in here crying because you were banned from paypal - It sucks when you are from an unsupported paypal country, but that doesn't make it ok to lie and falsify documents to get an account.
Dude its a good thing that you got your money back , but doing illegal thing makes you repay. You will be in trouble if you get caught for illegal things , try to give and do legal things.
