Sounds like you have an open code tag somewhere, either in a post or in a sidebar widget, try taking all widgets off, if that fixes it then put them back one at a time do identify the bad one.

If sidebars aren't the issue look into bad code in posts. Have you copied your posts from MS Word or another web page? Doing that can hose a blog real quick. Try opening each post in its own URL and see if all of them display the sidebar the same. But if you pasted every post from Word or a web page all of them may be bad.

I have a post of here about this issue: My WordPress Blog is Broken and I Don’t Know What to Do

Just deleet the themes once and then reupload it again. This must work for you..
If it doesnt, then check for the broken codes.
    Hope,it helps..

If the problem repeats itself over all of the themes, it is probably a matter of bad code.
PM me a link if you can and I might give you the solution.

My approach to debugging the problem, would be to start with the basic theme that comes with Wordpress, with all plugins turned off (I am assuming you didn't modify and code). Then if this is not working, then something is broken in the code, and you probably have to reload Wordpress using the upgrade procedures so that you do not lose any data.

If everything is OK with the basic theme and no plugins, then turn on the plugins one by one until you find which plugin may be causing the problems. Plugins are notorious for causing problems. If you do not have any plugins, then maybe give some detail on what you have done, to try to isolate the problem.

Definitely appears that you have open code somewhere; it may be quicker to simply reinstall wordpress, but you can / should look through your source code and see where you may have left a div or table tag open.
