Lost in Seo

Ok i have launched a website a few weeks ago i am now having 150 uniques / day made from People to people . But i don't know where to go next .

The problem is that this site is not usual . www.netgirls.ro . I am new to this kind of websites so i don't know how to do this ...

Can anyone help me with a list of social bookmarking sites /forums where i can submit the website ?

The site is flaged as adult that's why i am asking . I have a lot of "normal" websites i know what to do with them . The problem is that i have never promoted an adult site and was looking for adult bookmarking sites
